Tennis is an expensive sport. Every entry costs flights, hotels, meals and coaching days. J2Pro Planner is the tool Geoffroy Dupuis uses to build each player’s season: the right events, in the right order, for the best return in ranking points and development per euro spent.
Think of a season like a portfolio. You would never put all your savings into one random share. Yet many families book tournaments one by one, from a list, without knowing what each week really costs or really brings back.
Coach days, lodging, meals, entry fee, transfers and transport — estimated per event, with a low–high range from an early exit to a deep run.
Expected ranking points, based on the player’s level against the real field of each event, and the official points tables of each circuit.
An entry radar for every event: main draw direct, qualifying, or wild card needed — built on the real 2025 cut-offs.
Points are not everything. A development index rewards strong fields and the surfaces that matter for the project, so the plan never turns into “points farming”.
Screens shown with a fictitious demo player. Real player data is never published.

The planner suggests 2 to 6 swings of consecutive events for the chosen dates, region, surface and categories. Each option is scored and compared.

Like a delivery driver planning one loop instead of five return trips, the tour breakdown chains away events with a single return flight and shows the saving against separate round trips.

Euros per ranking point, net cost after estimated prize money, and a budget target with what remains. Grants, sponsors and family contributions are logged as dated funding.

The playing zone shows, for each category, where the player cruises, competes, reaches or is overmatched. The pro zone does the same for the professional circuit. It also accounts for the relative age effect.

What did last season really look like? Level against the real field, surface split, trips that could have been chained, junior/senior balance and gaps in the calendar. The past season becomes lessons for the next one.

The results record applies the official best-N rules of each ranking, tracks the 52-week expiry and compares expected and actual points — with the cost of each result.

Ranking trends across ITF Juniors, WTA and WTN, and a clear read of which events the current level gets the player into: straight into the main draw, through qualifying, or only with a wild card.
The move from junior to professional events is a gradual fade, not a switch. The planner mixes junior and senior calendars according to age, level and momentum, and keeps each swing geographically coherent.
J2Pro Planner is used by Geoffroy Dupuis to build and review the seasons of the players he coaches. It is not sold as a separate app. The result — your season plan and budget — is shared with the player and the family, and followed day by day in J2Pro Circuit.
