  • Why: To let you talk with other players, parents, and coaches, and to keep the forum safe.

  • Legal rule: To let you use the forum.

D. JTP 360° Athlete Evaluation (V2 Test)

This test is a professional tool. Because it is very deep, we collect specific details:

  • Athlete Profile: First name, last name, birthday (to calculate your exact age and Relative Age Effect – RAE), gender (boy/girl, to compare you to ATP or WTA targets), and country of origin (to calculate if you win too many matches only at home).

  • Family: Parents’ names and the role of the person writing the answers (player, parent, or coach).

  • Tennis & Performance: Current rankings (ITF Junior, ITF World Tour, ATP, WTA), your injury history, your tournament wins (wins list with dates and countries), and your training hours per week.

  • Tactics & Gear: How you win points (forces), how you play on different surfaces, your coup fort (weapon), and details about your racket and string tension.

  • Daily Life & Health: Your coach details, how you travel, your school type (Online School), sleep hours, nutrition, mental training, and international medical contacts.

  • Budget & Money: Your annual budget, travel strategy, SAS or association setup, and your plan to reach the financial break-even target (Top 120 ATP / Top 150 WTA).

Why we use this test data:

  1. To calculate your scores on our 10 axes.

  2. To draw your personal Radar Chart (SVG) and show your Strengths and Weaknesses.

  3. To help you book an online meeting with a JTP coach.

  4. To create a secret, detailed audit report in the WordPress back-office. This report is only for your JTP coach so they can prepare your meeting.

  • Legal rule: You (or your parent if you are under 18) must check a box to give us permission before sending the form.

3. How long do we keep your data?

We only keep your data as long as we need to:

  • Contact Form data: 3 years after our last contact with you.

  • Newsletter: Until you ask us to stop sending emails.

  • Forum: Until you delete your forum account.

  • JTP 360° Evaluation: Up to 3 years after your last activity. This helps us compare your results from year to year to see your progress.

4. Who can see your data?

We keep your data private. We never sell, rent, or give your data to other companies for marketing.

Only these people can see your data:

  1. JuniorToPro Technical Team: Only to keep the site and server working.

  2. The Head Coach JTP: Access to the private audit reports, formulas, and money details is strictly restricted. Only WordPress users with “administrator” or “coach” roles can see this.

    • Our online booking tool (like Calendly).

5. Security

We use strong security to protect your data from hackers:

  • Your test results are stored safely in WordPress.

  • We use WordPress user checks (current_user_can) to make sure no normal user or visitor can see the coach’s private reports.
