Tennis career management for junior and pro players

A player must perform on and off the court. As your performance manager, JuniorToPro coordinates the team, the plan, the brand and the pressure — so the player can focus 100% on winning.

The performance manager role

“The obligations become more demanding at each stage of a career.”

On the professional circuit, talent is only part of the equation. To reach the ATP and WTA tours, an athlete needs a performance manager — someone to coordinate every piece of the puzzle.

As your performance manager, JuniorToPro handles the professional pressure, protects your capital health and structures your entire ecosystem.

What we manage

Four areas of career management

01

Team coordination & expert hub

The performance manager is the conductor of your professional orchestra. We build, connect and manage your personal team of experts so everyone speaks the same language.

  • Synchronising your physiotherapist, physical trainer and nutritionist, 24/7.
  • Making sure medical protocols, physical charts and tennis goals are perfectly aligned.
  • Managing team meetings so the player and the family always move in the right direction.
02

Career strategy & load periodisation

We build the master plan for long-term success. High performance is a science: we remove guesswork by organising the seasonal workload and tracking recovery.

  • Planning the balance between training blocks and international tournaments, at home and abroad.
  • Monitoring physical data — such as 30-15 IFT testing and sleep quality — to maximise form and prevent injuries.
  • Setting clear, objective performance indicators for every stage of development.
03

Media, brand & sponsor advisory

Professional tennis is a media-driven world. We prepare young players and their families to handle the public side of the sports business with confidence.

  • Learning how to speak in press conferences, interviews and post-match obligations.
  • Building a clean, professional and powerful image on and off the court.
  • Helping families share the right strategic information to attract and secure partners.
04

Career security & pressure management

We protect the player’s mental energy and the family’s financial investment, step by step, through the complex realities of the elite tennis industry.

  • Guiding the family through negotiations with brands, agents and organisations.
  • Handling the emotional and mental pressure of the competitive circuit.
  • Building a healthy environment so the career is emotionally stable and successful.

Brand & partners

A player is also a brand.

Sponsors do not only look at results. They look at a clear project, a professional image and a player who communicates well — on court, in the media and on social networks.

We help families build that strategy early: an athlete account separate from the private one, regular and professional content, and a structured approach to equipment partners and sponsors. There is no magic solution — it takes strategy, patience and perseverance.

Career management — questions

What does a tennis performance manager do?

A performance manager coordinates everything around the player: the team of experts, the season plan and training load, media and sponsor strategy, and the pressure of the professional circuit — so the player can focus on performance.

Is a performance manager the same as an agent?

No. An agent mainly negotiates contracts. The performance manager structures the whole performance project day to day, and can work alongside an agent and guide the family through negotiations.

At what stage does a player need career management?

As soon as the project becomes international — usually from the ITF Junior Tour — because obligations, costs and decisions grow at every stage of the career.

Do you help find sponsors?

We help families build a professional image and a structured strategy to approach sponsors and equipment partners, and we guide them through negotiations. There is no guarantee: it takes strategy, patience and perseverance.
