Operationnel Method
A clear 1-1-1-1 approach: ‘One coach, one staff member, one player, one family’. Complete individualization of the journey, the project and the system.
You can’t train and improve everything at the same time.
Strategic choices need to be made while still allowing players to progress.
In top-level tennis, there are highs and lows. The reality for a Top 50 player is winning around 1 in every 2 matches.
While a process must, by its very nature, be flexible and intelligent, you also need to believe in what you’re doing, be patient, give yourself time, and trust the coach and the team, before changing everything or going back to your comfort zone.
Sometimes the process requires time for development. This is particularly true for young players. During this period, progress, intentions and decision-making take priority over immediate and short-term results.
Results are important. Winning a match, winning a tournament, improving your ranking. These are all criteria associated with top-level sport.
But sometimes you can win without making progress. You might win a match due to a combination of circumstances. You might perform well for a week, but lack consistency before and after that tournament.
Yet the foundation of progress is consistency.
That is why measuring technical and physical development using premium training tools is essential. New technologies allow us to quantify real progress, far beyond mere results.

This aspect is fundamental.
The first level of protection is physical. We need to be able to provide the optimal workload for each player, challenging them without exposing them to injury as much as possible. Even though there is no such thing as zero risk.
The second level is psychological protection. The mental health of athletes is increasingly being discussed at the highest levels, based on powerful testimonies from former players. Preventing burnout, the dangers of isolation at the top level, and distant relationships with family and friends. Knowing how to take recovery breaks to perform better.
The third level of protection relates to the prevention of abuse and violence on the circuit. Compliance with international ITF, WTA and ITIA standards. Compliance with French standards, including integrity checks, criminal record checks and professional licensing. JuniorToPro provides the highest level of professional guarantees.
As a point of advice, JuniorToPro invites families to contact the ITF and WTA in case of any doubts or questions: safeguarding@itftennis.com and safeguarding@wtatennis.com
JuniorToPro is active in promoting and developing athletes’ careers.
This includes identifying potential new partners, fostering relationships with sponsors and private or institutional partners, taking part in events and ceremonies, and providing advice on building and developing a personal brand… Areas that may seem peripheral to performance but are an integral part of a professional player’s reality.
Support for players during press conferences and, more generally, with media obligations and tournament promotion, depending on the category of tournaments played.nis.com
